Service Alert – NYC Ferry 2019 Spring Schedule Effective Monday, April 1

On Monday, April 1, the NYC Ferry 2019 Spring Schedule will go into effect. Please plan your commute accordingly. For all schedules, please visit our site.

Service Alert – Wall St/Pier 11 Construction, beginning Monday, March 18

Dear NYC Ferry Rider,

Over the next two weeks, construction on Slips A and C will be taking place at Pier 11. This work is necessary in order to widen the gangways at each slip to increase efficiency (and save time) during the boarding and disembarking process. While we do anticipate there will be potential delays and disruptions during this time, the benefits of having a more efficient boarding process outweigh this momentary disruption, especially as we are about to move into the busy spring and summer seasons.

Starting Monday, March 18 for approximately two weeks, please allow additional time at the pier prior to your scheduled ferry departure. Please queue in your normal location at Pier 11, but be aware that you may be required to board at a different slip than usual. Upland staff will assist riders to ensure you know your boarding locations.

For Rockaway route riders, please note that in order to best accommodate all routes during this time, the Rockaway schedule will operate approximately 10 minutes later than usual on all departures and arrivals. The shuttle bus schedule will also be modified to reflect these changes.
