SERVICE ADVISORY: All Routes – Weather Conditions 12/11

Snow and/or sleet is expected during the AM commute on Wednesday, 12/11. Please allow for additional travel time to ferry landings and use extra caution on all piers, gangways, and vessels. Normal service is expected.

Service Advisory – DUMBO Ferry Landing Ticket Machines (12/9 – 12/16)

Due to scheduled construction at Brooklyn Bridge Park, from Monday, December 9, 2019 until Monday, December 16, 2019 the ticket vending machines at the DUMBO ferry landing will not be available for use. During this time, riders are encouraged to purchase tickets through the NYC Ferry app or with the concessions agent onboard.
