Service Alert – NYC Ferry App
Due to an update on the NYC Ferry App, some riders may be experiencing locked tickets. If your tickets are locked please email help@ferry.nyc and we will unlock your tickets today. You will be required to purchase a new ticket in order to board until your tickets are unlocked.
**For 30-day pass holders only, if you are required to purchase a one-way ticket on the mobile app, please email us and that ticket will be credited back to you.
