Here’s everything you need to know about the schedule changes:

• NYC Ferry will operate two modified holiday schedules on Friday July 3rd and Saturday July 4th to accommodate harbor closures and in-water security zones for Independence Day weekend events. Please refer to the Independence Day Weekend blog post to help plan your trip.
• The Rockaway Rocket is back! Starting Saturday, July 11th, the Rockaway Rocket will return to provide peak weekend beach service from Long Island City and Greenpoint through Labor Day Weekend.Visit the Rockaway Rocket webpage to learn more and use the NYC Ferry app to purchase tickets.
• On September 12, a point-to-point shuttle will operate between Red Hook/Atlantic Basin and Wall St./Pier 11 to accommodate cruise-related demand. Shuttle days and departure times are listed in the South Brooklyn Modified Weekend schedule below.
• A weekend schedule will operate on: 9/7/2026
• The Red Hook-Pier 11 shuttle will operate on: 9/12/2026
