The North Brooklyn Parks Alliance invites you to enjoy an afternoon of free performances, workshops, and festivities, including the highest form of musical entertainment by the Shinbone Alley Stilt Band;  art-making workshops for kids with local artists; ghostly face painting by Smudge Pudge; spooky musical puppet theater by Fairy Tale Marionettes; large-scale, interactive games by NYC Parks & Recreation; and a special visit by the Urban Park Rangers.
