Every day, thousands across the city ride NYC Ferry, with each Rockaway-bound boat packed to the brim with 149 passengers in the summer. But one person on board has the best seat in the house, or the wheelhouse. On Monday, July 9, The Rockaway Times got a glimpse of that best seat by riding along with NYC Ferry Captain Justin Wilson, a Breezy Point summer resident, during a morning commute from Rockaway to Pier 11.
