Service Alert – NYC Ferry App – 2/1/19
Due to an update on the NYC Ferry App, some riders may be experiencing locked tickets. If your tickets are locked please email help@ferry.nyc and we will unlock your tickets today. You will be required to purchase a new ticket in order to board until your tickets are unlocked.
**For 30 day pass holders only, if you are required to purchase a one way ticket on the mobile app, please email us and that ticket will be credited back to you.

NYC Ferry Alert – South Williamsburg Ferry Landing Closed Saturday, February 2
Dear NYC Ferry Rider,
Due to planned maintenance on the barge, the South Williamsburg ferry landing will be closed on Saturday, February 2. During this time, all ferry service on the East River route will bypass South Williamsburg in both directions. The landing will re-open on Sunday, February 3.
