Service Alert – NYC Ferry App

Our NYC Ferry app is currently experiencing a service disruption where users may not be able to buy or use tickets. Riders may get error messages indicating a system error has occurred after a loading period. The app’s engineers are looking into this further and hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We encourage everyone to use the ticketing machines located at the landings and have their tickets prior to boarding the vessel.
